The exciting Spot Plus heater range from Noirot is truly revolutionary. Combining European style and state of the art technology, it ensures you'll find the right heater for the right application every single time. The Spot Plus range is 100% silent due to the patented Monobloc element, thereby eliminating creaks and rattles. Lockable, childproof settings are integrated into the electronic thermostat, giving you peace of mind as well as peace and quiet. 2400W power, suitable for up to 25m2 sized room. The Noirot Spot Plus range takes advantage of the natural process of convection to make heating your home efficient, effective and totally silent.
Air is heated as it rises over the patented Monoblock element and is continually replaced as cooler air is drawn up inside the heater by the warmer air rising. As the air cools it then falls towards the floor and is again drawn into the bottom of the unit. The Noirot Precision Thermostat ensures that your room always maintains the desired temperature within 0.1 degree Celsius and prevents overheating and energy wastage.
This instruction manual will show you how to use the timer on the heater. If you do not want. And off with the switch on the side of the heater. Castors and timer included with heater. Special Offer: If you purchase 3 or more Nobo Oslo panels, you’ll receive a free Energy Control System Hub (via redemption only). The Energy Control System is an app based whole home heating solution that provides the right amount of heat at the right times.

I bought one just recently to see how it went in my home which has open plan living. I thought I would need to buy another to heat the entire area which is larger than the 20sq they recomend.BUT.I was wrong. This heater warmed up the lounge, dining, kitchen, family room and study. I'm truly amazed and I won't need to buy another. The timer function gives you a nice warm home to wake up too.
All my family members love it. I think it is well worth the money as it has a life time guarentee! Much better than a cheap heater that clags it when the warranty does.usually 1 year. Rated 4 out of5 byMumof2 fromExcellent product, amazing heat output My husband bought this and i was sceptical given its price. But it has been incredible during our cold weather.
We have only used it in our 3 bed house and it has kept it warm. We haven't had to use any other form of heating. We have two very young children and we find this heater safe for them.We are going to buy smaller ones for the bedrooms, we are totally addicted to how great they are.Highly recommended, way better than oil column heaters and by the time you go through several of them in your lifetime, you might as well have the best! Highly recommended if you hate the cold.
It also makes no noise. Rated 5 out of5 byRobF fromSilent, powerful & warm I bought to take the chill off my 40 sqm room with wooden floor & three large windows, I live in a very cold part of victoria, in the hills near mt buller.
I can't believe how well it heats the space, I set it at 17° and within the hour the room has a warm glow, don't treat it like a spot heater and turn it up high and expect to be warmed instantly, it doesn't work that way. It's definitely the best heater I have ever purchased & it has a lifetime warranty so it can't be rated high enough, Love it! Rated 4 out of5 byoozz77 from2400 model I was also skeptical about it's heating performance, so I put it in our 4m x 4m lounge room and in 20 minutes I had to turn it down to 5 instead of 9 (full power).I will now try it in our combined kitchen/lounge area which is a lot bigger, so I will see how that goes!!The last thing is I will be interested to now see our winter gas and electricity bills to see which is cheaper to run, but I would say that this does have the potential to run cheaper, as we have the gas central heating in each room!! I've had Nobo Electric Panel heaters for the past 10 years, they have worked great. A bit $$$ to run, but quite and safe. After this time, all my Nobo panel heaters have died. Fail to turn on.They have the digital clock on the top right and a white on/off switch on the lower right.I did pull one apart a while back thinking it would be an easy fix. But man it sure wasn't.No visible signs of failure, no burnt connections. Infact, everything looked great. And with very few parts. There isn't much to go wrong.Element, iso switch, thermo, O/T cut out.
Thats about it.Anyone had any experience repairing these heaters? Hi there, just wondering if you figured out what the problem was/is? We have the same heater (timer on top, thermostat on the side).Timer works perfectly, (red light comes on, all digital display works etc), but heater wont turn on (ie red light at thermostat wont come on, and element does not heat up).To me, logically, it must be the electronic thermostat circuit board on the side of the heater. Given the fact that the timer works perfectly, (red light and all), and the red light for the thermostat does not, the problem must be there.I got a price on the thermostat board for these from a Nobo parts supplier - $176!!!Did you end up asking your friend what the most common problem with these is?Thanks in advance,Chris. Thanks guys, i have been in Melbourne all week and haven't time to pull them apart. When i do, i'll post pics of the procedure and parts found inside. From memory, there isn't much to them.I'd be happy to just turn mine into full manual heaters and by-pass the timer all together (as it seems its the Timer that has failed, and as such, no power to the element)Will be interesting, i'm really surprised more people don't have them???We installed 100's down this way. Then again, we don't have town gas like you city folkYet even then, i have seen entire apartment buildings in the city using Nobo Panels for heating. Heaps up at the snow too.
And they are all about the age where heaps should be failing. GuysI'm new to this forum and I also have a 2000W Nobo with the timerthe same as Oceanboys. I brought 4 of them 6 years ago (just prior tothe 7 year warranty upgrade they now have). My units are now not coveredby warranty. I also asked our parts agent/warranty guys in Mildura aboutordering a timer unit and after contacting Nobo they say the timer can not bepurchased, What the.I yanked mine apart but can not see anything wrong with it. The timer works, the heater does not.I am also wondering what to do with this unit.Any help would be appreciated. FYI - At the end of last winter I ended up purchasing a new Nobo thermostat (got it for $130 from Marks Electronic in Hoppers Crossing).I removed the old thermostat, fitted the new one (was VERY simple).
It fixed the problem perfectly and the heater worked great for the last few weeks of winter.Have just got it out of the cupboard tonight, plugged it in - still working perfectly.but now the timer has no display! Lol.hoping it just needs to recharge its internal batteries a little longer.I'll check it tomorrow morning.Well, at least the heater actually works.thats the main thing. I dont care so much about the display.Chris.
Interesting some people suffered the issues as myself.I've killed losts of panel heaters, not just Nobo, the IXL Pacific that replaced one of the Nobo's didn't even last one winter. Its a pity, i am installing these units by the dozens at a time in new homes and they just seem to fail.I had another client come to me with a Nobo heater that was suffering the exact same problem as mine. I told him to take it to a Nobo dealer, his quote to fix it was only $80 short of buying a replacement unit. The ONLY panel heater i own that hasn't died is an old Siemens one, and mean OLD!I am pretty hard on them, i have 3 that are on 24/7 for 4 months at least. With the Nobo it is the LCD controller that fails every time. And for some very unfortunate reason, all the external controls like thermostat trim pot hang off the controller, making it impossible to just by-pass the controller and run the heater with just a isolation switch and thermostat. Thus rendering the heater useless until the controller is replaced. But why replace something that will only fail again!!!!Anyway, my symptoms have been similar to some posts above;- Failing LCD clock display which holds the relay for element.Really is a shame these Nobo's can not be retro fitted with a simple 10Amp thermostat, and just piss off all the LCD junk.Must be a solution, as the Non LCD Timer units get the job done!Oh well. Time to rip these things apart again! I brought my Nobo second hand and found the timer had issues.
Pulled apart and found back up battery was dead flat. Installed new larger NiCd and put back together. Plugged in heater to charge new battery and all fine. The timer needs constant 230V to keep battery charged. Can you please help.
How do I change the battery on Nobo slimline E4EU model? The heater works fine but the timer screen is off. Its been working fine for 8yrs but I think now the battery is dead. Can you help how to locate the battery?
Is it in the display unit? How do I remove it?
I dont want to damage it like I do with most things.
